just a bit of a miscommunication looks like, he had asked me if the application was left up to the applicant to fill out how he desired, I said yes as I was under the assumption he was asking about how to answer the questions on our pre-made app.

No harm done though and we will review the application you submitted and get back to you with a response shortly.
